Salesforce Integration Guide

Overview

The Anteriad Marketing Cloud (AMC) allows users to integrate with their Salesforce CRM in order to deliver contacts from AMC to any of their Campaigns or Lists in Salesforce. It also allows for users to import their account or Contact lists from their Salesforce into AMC

Setting Up Integration

Log in: Log in to Marketing Cloud with your username and password.

2. Go to Integrations: Click the user menu at the top right and select Integrations from the dropdown menu.

3. Configure HubSpot: Click the Configure button under the “Salesforce” section, you will be navigated to the Salesforce login page

Enter your “Username and Password” of Salesforce and click on Login

4. Complete Configuration: Once the configuration is completed then you will be taken back to the Integrations screen. The Salesforce tile will show a green check mark, indicating that the integration with Salesforce is correctly configured.

Exporting Data from Anteriad Marketing Cloud to Salesforce

You can export contacts from Anteriad Marketing Cloud to your Salesforce account once you are done with the integration. To export data to your Salesforce account:

Go to Campaigns & Activations
Select any of InsightBase, PersonaBase, or ActiveBase campaign types
Select the Delivery Settings tab
Uncheck the Integration not required checkbox

Select Salesforce. You can choose to add Contacts to a List or Campaign. If no selections are made, the contacts will be delivered to your Salesforce global database.

Importing Data from Salesforce to Marketing Cloud

Once the salesforce integration is completed, accounts and contacts from your Salesforce CRM are available on the Anteriad Marketing Cloud Audience Builder page. These Accounts and Contacts can be accessed when building audience under Account Sales Owner and Contact Sales Owner links respectively. To access the data in Marketing Cloud

Log in to Marketing Cloud
Click on Audiences > Build An Audience
Select either of Account Sales Owner or and Contact Sales Owner to see all the imported Lists
Select your desired list
Click on Save to save your selection
