Fix for Displaybase campaigns not syncing in Marketing Cloud

A fix was made for Displaybase reports to sync to Marketing Cloud(AMC) from Opportunty Base(OB). Displaybase campaign reports stopped syncing from OB to AMC hence the fix.

An instance of Google Tag Manager has been added to Marketing Cloud to enable the product management team use analytics tools to better understand product usage and improve user experience.
