New Features

Contact Detail View Redesign

The Contact Detail View has been redesigned to support Intent Tracking for Content Syndication and Lead Qualification campaigns, and aims to provide improved navigation and usability for Intent Monitoring campaigns.

To access the Contact Detail view:

  1. Navigate to a Content Syndication, Lead Qualification, or Intent Monitoring campaign from the Campaigns page.
  2. Open the campaign and navigate to the Contacts tab.
  3. Click on the name of any contact in the Contacts tab to open the contact detail view.

Content Syndication and Lead Qualification campaigns with Intent Tracking enabled, and Intent Monitoring campaigns will show the following in the Company Detail view:

  1. Contact Details for the selected Contact, including Title, Email, and Phone Number
  2. Company Details for the selected contact's Company, including Company Name, Address and Domain.
  3. Contact Activity including the contact's last interaction date with any of the user's campaigns, the contact's first interaction date with any of the users campaigns, the number of Responses from the contact across the user's campaigns.
  4. Intent Topics from the tracked topics on which the contact has shown direct or indirect intent.
  5. Campaigns run by Anteraid that contain the contact.
  6. Imported campaigns that contain the contact.

Domain Detail View for Programmatic Advertising Campaigns

A Domain Detail view has been added to Programmatic Advertising with Account Level Reporting enabled.

To access the Domain Detail view:

  1. Navigate to a Programatic Advertising Campaign with Account Level Reporting enabled.
  2. Within the campaign, open the Reports tab.
  3. Click on any domain listed in the Reports tab.

The Domain Detail view with include the following:

  1. Firmographic Details for the selected Domain, including Domain, Industry, Number of Employees, and Revenue.
  2. Impressions, Clicks and CTR delivered to contacts at the domain from the selected campaign.
  3. Other Interactions with the domain from other campaigns belonging to the user, including contacts acquired through other campaigns.
  4. Impressions, Clicks and CTR delivered to each job level within the campaign.
