HubSpot Integration Guide

Overview

The HubSpot integration with Anteriad Marketing Cloud allows contacts to be delivered directly to a specified HubSpot list or campaign. It also allow for data to be imported into the Marketing Cloud

Setting Up Integration

1. Log in: Log in to Marketing Cloud with your username and password.

2. Go to Integrations: Click the user menu at the top right and select Integrations from the dropdown menu.

3. Configure HubSpot: Click the Configure button under the HubSpot logo. The HubSpot configuration modal will appear. You will need to log in, then select the account you want to connect.

4. Complete Configuration: It will take 2 to 3 minutes to complete the configuration. Once the configuration is completed, the user will be taken back to the Integrations screen. The HubSpot tile will show a green check mark, indicating that the integration with HubSpot is correctly configured.

Exporting Data from Anteriad Marketing Cloud to HubSpot

You can export contacts from Anteriad Marketing Cloud to your HubSpot account once you are done with the integration. To export data to your HubSpot account:

1. Go to Campaigns & Activations
2. Select any of InsightBase, PersonaBase, or ActiveBase campaign types
3. Select the Delivery Settings tab
4. Uncheck the Integration not required checkbox

5. Select HubSpot. You can choose to add Contacts to a List or Campaign. If no selections are made, the contacts will be delivered to your HubSpot global database.

6. Click on the Save button to save your selection

Importing Data from HubSpot to Anteriad Marketing Cloud

1. After successful integration of your HubSpot account, Click on Audiences > Build An Audience to navigate to the Build Audience page

2. In Audience builder, select Hubspot Marketing Contact List from the criteria categories on the left
3. Click on the Import Hubspot Marketing Contacts button to display all your Hubspot lists
4. Select the list you want to import and click on the Import button to import the list

5. Click on the imported list on the left-hand side of the modal to select it for the audience. Selected lists appear on the right-hand side of the modal

6. Click the Save button to save your selection
